Amanda Salzman

Amanda Salzman is an experienced engineer with expertise in air quality and chemical engineering. Currently serving as an Air Quality Engineer at Ovintiv since August 2024, Amanda previously worked as a Chemical Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. from February 2020 to July 2024, focusing on air quality permitting and greenhouse gas reporting for clients in the fuels and manufacturing sectors. Prior roles include R&D Engineer II at Amcor, developing sustainable grocery packaging solutions, and experience as a Product Development Engineer on home and personal care packaging. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by study abroad programs in Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
