The Owatonna Public School District is made up of eight preK-12 neighborhood schools, over 900 staff and just over 5,000 outstanding students.  It doesn’t take one long to feel the rich history and pride that surrounds the community of Owatonna. “I have always believed that strong schools build strong communities,” stated Superintendent Jeff Elstad.  Owatonna Public Schools belong to the community. You don’t need to be a student to take advantage of what our schools have to offer.
