Kyle Schaefer

Kyle Schaefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as the Total Rewards Leader for Compensation at Owens Corning since July 2018. In this role, Kyle manages board meeting materials for the Compensation Committee, drives change management in total rewards strategies, and oversees the global Sales Incentive Plan. Previous positions include roles at Tenneco, where Kyle served as HR Manager and specialized in HR analytics and compliance processes, as well as various HR functions at companies such as DB Schenker and The Andersons, Inc.
