Iain Hawthorn is a seasoned professional in the banking and agricultural sectors, currently serving as the Senior Agriculture Manager for Oxbury Bank Plc and a member of the ESG Implementation Committee for The Hawthorn Scholarship. With extensive experience at HSBC, Iain held various senior roles, including Agriculture Director for Kent, Sussex, and Surrey, and has a proven track record in providing financial services to the agricultural and food sectors.
