Maria Ball

Maria Ball is a Senior Student Ambassador at Oxford Brookes University, responsible for leading the Open Days for the School of Arts and the School of Law. As a PhD Researcher since April 2023, Maria has also taken on the role of Associate Lecturer, grading undergraduate work in Film History and Digital Media Production, and will serve as a Seminar Lead for the BA (Hons) Film degree starting January 2024. Previously, Maria has held various positions, including Marketing Assistant and Student Ambassador at Oxford Brookes University, Sales Advisor at H&M, and Student Data Administrator at Suffolk New College. Maria holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Film from Oxford Brookes University, along with a Master of Arts in Film Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Film Studies from the same institution. Academic credentials also include A Levels in Philosophy, French, and English Literature.
