With extensive experience in HR leadership roles, including Director of HR, Talent and Capability, and Head of Talent, Development & Capability at Oxford Instruments, Lee has been instrumental in driving global talent strategies and ensuring organizational capability. Previous roles at FirstGroup and Infineum involved leading talent management initiatives and overseeing compensation and benefits strategies. Lee's early career at Orange - France Telecom encompassed various HR functions, contributing to a breadth of expertise in human resources. Academic credentials include an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from the University of London and the University of the West of England, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
