Anne Bell

Anne Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in assessment and education management. Currently serving as the Assessment Solutions Lead at Oxford University Press, Anne has previously held significant roles, including Director of Programme Management at IELTS UK Services and Global Head of Operations, Projects and Innovation at British Council Global Assessments. Anne's career includes positions such as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the British Council, as well as earlier roles as a Teacher and Senior Teacher. Anne Bell holds a Master’s Degree in Education (Applied Linguistics) from The Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in French Studies from The University of Manchester.
