Rudi Venter

Rudi Venter holds a PhD in Publishing Studies and Information Systems from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2020. As of August 2012, Rudi Venter has been with Oxford University Press, serving in multiple roles including Professional Development & Impact Manager, Head of Institute for Professional Development of Educators, Marketing Director, and Publisher. Concurrently, Rudi Venter has held the position of Research Fellow in Book & Publishing Studies at the University of the Free State since January 2009. Prior to this, Rudi Venter worked at Via Afrika as a Publisher from February 2009 to July 2012 and served as a Lecturer, Researcher, and Acting Programme Coordinator for Publishing Studies at the University of Pretoria from January 2000 to January 2009.
