Amy Carr

Amy Carr, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Ozarks Regional YMCA since October 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jordan Valley Community Health Center from July 2013 to October 2024. Additionally, experience includes serving as Benefits & Compensation Manager and HR Analyst at Lawrence Memorial Hospital between March 2006 and July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education from The University of Tulsa.
