Sandra Heriot

Sandra Heriot is an accomplished Principal Consultant at Sandra Heriot Consulting since February 2018 and serves as a Board Member at OzChild since March 2019. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) from 2014 to 2017, Sandra held positions such as Director of Service System Reform, Director of Families and Place, and Acting Executive Director of Child Safety and Permanency. Additionally, Sandra has a strong academic background, having served as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2014 and earned multiple degrees, including a PhD in Psychology from The University of Waikato and an Executive Master of Public Administration from the University of Sydney.
