Ulisses Rcl Santos

Ulisses RCL Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development in the Latin American market, currently serving as Sales Director for Latin America at P.I. Works, Inc. since March 2023. Ulisses is the founder of ODYSSEY, a consulting firm dedicated to aiding innovative technology companies in entering Brazilian and LATAM markets with a focus on Digital Transformation SaaS solutions. Previous roles include Business Development Partner at Synerise, Sales Director LATAM at Cellwize, and Sales Director - LATAM at SpatialBuzz, among others. Notable early career positions were held at AIRCOM INTERNATIONAL, leading sales and market expansion, and at ERICSSON, where Ulisses managed teams and oversaw product marketing for transmission products. Ulisses holds a Post Graduation in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Pernambuco.
