Nishad Bagwe

Nishad Bagwe is a consultant at P3 since June 2022, with prior experience in advanced development of door modules and window regulators during a master thesis at Brose Group. Nishad's background includes a quality management internship at Bosch Power Tools, where testing and optimization of defect-critical parts were conducted. Nishad also served as an automotive testing and certification engineer at Mercedes-Benz India, supporting the certification of flagship models and conducting tests. Additional experience includes managing assembly line operations, project assistance in supply chain automation at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and quality control training at S.S. Industries. Nishad holds a Master of Science in Production Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Symbiosis International University.
