Gaya Ilang is a Management Consultant at PA Consulting since August 2022 and an active mentee in the 30% Club, a global initiative focused on improving gender diversity in leadership, since October 2019. Gaya has been a member of Founders of the Future since June 2017 and previously held various roles at Ocado Group from July 2017 to July 2022, including Supply Chain Excellence Manager and UK CFC Task Force Lead, achieving significant improvements in product availability and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Kinetik, Molecular Products, and Global Invacom Ltd, along with freelance consulting in product design and engineering. Gaya started at Lutron Electronics, focusing on business transformation and product management, having graduated with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2005.
