Will Davies

Will Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and insurance consulting. Currently serving as Partner and Global Head of Insurance at PA Consulting since January 2023, Will previously held the position of Client Partner and Head of Financial Services for UK at Slalom Consulting from March 2018 to January 2023, where expertise was provided to banks and insurers. Prior roles include Managing Director of Financial Services at Accenture, Director of Insurance Consulting at Deloitte, and Principal/Director of Financial Services at Capgemini Consulting. Will has also worked in various consulting and operational roles at CSC, Liberata, Irevolution PLC, Whitbread PLC, and David Lloyd Leisure. An MBA graduate from Henley Business School, Will possesses key skills in change management, performance management, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
