Sally Londesborough is an experienced environmental specialist with a robust background in sustainability and environmental education. Currently employed at Pääkaupunkiseudun Kierrätyskeskus Oy / Helsinki Metropolitan Area Reuse Centre Ltd since December 2020, Sally focuses on calculating carbon footprints for organizations to help reduce environmental impacts. Previous roles include project specialist at the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, where emphasis was placed on the single-use plastic product directive, and project manager at Valpastin Ltd, where efforts were directed towards promoting sustainable transport. Sally has also served as an environmental educator in multiple capacities, including as an executive director at Nature School Haili and a project coordinator at Fortum, where sustainable energy education was developed for students. Sally holds a Master's degree in Hydrobiology and Ecology from the University of Helsinki.
