Nia Henderson

Nia Henderson, M.Ed, currently serves as a PaceWorks Life Coach at the Pace Center for Girls, where responsibilities include organizing professional development workshops and collaborating with community organizations to support students' educational goals. Past experience includes serving as a Student Success Advisor at FIREWALL CENTERS, INC., providing academic and emotional support to students, and working as an Academic Counselor at Smart Horizons Career Online Education, assisting over 250 adult learners. Nia's background also encompasses roles in academic coaching, school counseling, and various educational and support positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to student success and community engagement. Nia holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
