Jennifer Tanguay

Jennifer Tanguay, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in providing strategic and tactical HR services. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Pacific Crest Group since November 2022, Jennifer focuses on assessing people needs and developing effective solutions for progressive businesses. Jennifer founded Tanguay Consulting in 2014, offering people-centered consulting services, including employee performance coaching and HR audits. Previously, as US People Manager at Integral Group, Jennifer managed HR operations for multiple offices across several states. Other notable roles include HR Manager at Bay Area Video Coalition, HR Advisor at ICA Fund Good Jobs, and Senior HR Generalist at RTI International. Jennifer's early career included various positions in educational institutions and consulting roles where significant achievements in recruitment, diversity, and policy development were accomplished.
