The Project Management & Coordination team at Pacific Energy oversees the entire lifecycle of power generation projects, from conception and design to construction and commissioning. They are responsible for scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This team also manages stakeholder communication and ensures the integration of renewable energy technologies into new and existing power systems to optimize efficiency and reduce emissions.
