The Legal Team at Pacific Rim Capital, Inc. provides critical legal support to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with equipment financing. Led by the General Counsel & VP of Business Development, the team drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, oversees regulatory compliance, and handles all corporate legal matters. The Contract Administrator manages and processes contractual documents, while the Corporate Paralegal supports legal research, documentation, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and lawful operations across PRC's expanding markets.
