James McCloskey

James McCloskey is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Pacific Western Bank since October 2018, James has previously held the same title at First Citizens Bank from January 2006 to August 2018, and at City National Bank from 1998 to 2005. James's educational background includes studies at UMass Boston from 1978 to 1981.
