Matthew P. Wagner

Mr. Wagner is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pacific Western Bank. He is also President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director for PacWest Bancorp. Prior to joining Pacific Western Bank in 2000, Mr. Wagner was President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Bancorp from 1996 to 1999, when Western Bancorp was acquired by U.S. Bancorp. Before joining Western Bancorp, Mr. Wagner served as an Executive Vice President with U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis, MN from 1990 to 1996 and as a Senior Vice President from 1985 to 1990.
