Natalie Jackson

Ms. Jackson currently serves as Vice President and Head of Capital Markets for Clearway Energy Group, where she is responsible for all capital formation activities. Prior to Clearway, Ms. Jackson served as an SVP of Global Financial Solutions for Vestas Wind Systems where her responsibilities included managing investment strategies, together with originating, structuring, and negotiating development & mid- to late-stage project investments, M&A transactions, and project-level structured debt and equity transactions worldwide. Prior positions were with SunPower Corporation, BrightSource Energy & Invenergy, and The AES Corporation. She holds a BBA from James Madison University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a CPA, having started her career as a public accountant at Deloitte in Washington DC. Ms. Jackson joined the board in 2021.
