Patti Madden

Patti co-founded PacStates Communications in 1986. In the beginning, she was primarily responsible for the warehouse, inventory, and dispatch. Since then, Patti has been closely involved in every aspect of the business. While her responsibilities as owner extend across the entire company, Patti focuses much of her attention on the creation and delivery of unsurpassed customer service.
