Emily Taylor

Emily Taylor currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pact, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Emily was a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women in leadership from December 2022 to December 2024. Emily brings extensive experience in operations and finance, having held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Freedom House from December 2021 to December 2024 and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at America's Promise Alliance from May 2019 to November 2021. Past positions include Regional Director for the Western Hemisphere at the U.S. Department of State, where Emily oversaw significant foreign assistance programs, and roles at the General Services Administration and Millennium Challenge Corporation. Emily holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the same institution.
