Natalie Assis

Natalie Assis, CCEP-I, is the founder of Integrity Academy, established in February 2021, which specializes in corporate compliance and ethics, providing tailored solutions and professional training. As a consultant for the Global Compact Network Brazil since May 2021, Natalie authors and oversees the anti-corruption initiative Movement Transparency 100%, aimed at enhancing corporate transparency and integrity by 2030. Additionally, Natalie serves as an associate member of IBDEE since March 2023 and previously held the role of compliance consultant at Grupo Fleury, managing a compliance program. Prior experience includes being the focal point for Brazil and Chile at Alliance for Integrity, and holding a compliance and legal position at Grupo Queiroz Galvão. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed specialized training at the International Anti-Corruption Academy and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
