Paloma Capistrano Pinheiro

Paloma Capistrano Pinheiro is a seasoned professional in climate and environmental management with extensive experience in coordination and project management. Currently serving as the Climate Coordinator at Pacto Global da ONU - Rede Brasil since August 2020, Paloma oversees multiple initiatives, including the Pacto Rumo à COP30 program and the Climate Action Platform. Previous roles include Senior Climate Analyst and Senior Water Analyst at the same organization, where oversight included strategic partnerships and impactful projects related to climate action and water sustainability.
