Thomas Irvin

Thomas Irvin, MHA, CHC, currently serves as the Global Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at Padagis LLC since September 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at OptumRx, including Vice President and Senior Director of Pharmacy Network Management from January 2018 to August 2021. Thomas also served as Director of Pharmacy Network Compliance at Catamaran from November 2013 to December 2017 and as Chief Compliance Officer at Gambro from March 2012 to November 2013. Earlier experience includes roles at UnitedHealth Group as Director of Audit & Recovery and Express Scripts as Director of Network Pharmacy Audit & Compliance. Thomas began a career in compliance at Ther-Rx Corporation and previously spent over a decade with the U.S. Department of Justice (DEA) as a Pharmaceutical Drug Investigator. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University.
