Evan Tay

Evan Tay is currently a Software Engineer at Padlet. Prior to that, they were part of the Google Cloud Student Sprint Program and an intern at Open Government Products, GovTech Singapore. Evan has also been a Teaching Assistant at National University of Singapore and a DevOps Associate Consultant at GovTech Singapore. Evan's previous experience also includes their National Service at Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

Evan Tay completed a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore. Evan then participated in the International Honors Program in Computer Science at Stanford University. After that, they completed a Diploma with Merit in Information Technology at Singapore Polytechnic. Evan has also attained certifications from Udemy in AWS CloudFormation Master Class and Node with React: Fullstack Web Development. Furthermore, they are certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and by Google as a Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer.
