Phil Woollard

Phil Woollard currently serves as the Customer Engagement Director at PageGroup since July 2024. Previously, Phil was the Global Recruitment Manager for Technology functions (Interim) at Smurfit Kappa from January 2023 to July 2024, overseeing a global transformation project in various areas including infrastructure and cyber security. Other notable positions include Head of UK Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Business Partner at Purplebricks, alongside roles at WIS International, Poundland & Dealz, Michael Page, and Lidl UK GmbH. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Sheffield Hallam University and completed A-levels and GCSEs at Bourne Grammar School and The Deepings Comprehensive, respectively.
