Brian Mearns

Brian Mearns is an experienced software and firmware engineer with a comprehensive background in application development and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Software Engineer IV at PagerDuty since September 2021, Brian previously held various roles at CommerceHub from April 2015 to September 2021, including Staff and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions included leading a dev-ops team and collaborating on application architecture. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Firmware Engineer at APC by Schneider Electric, where Brian focused on developing embedded applications and communication systems, and as a Computer Engineering Intern at The MathWorks, developing code for testing applications. Brian holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
