Jesus Jimenez

Jesus Jimenez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service delivery across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience for APJ at PagerDuty since July 2023, Jesus also holds a Board Member position at Xtreme Networks PTY LTD. Previously, Jesus was the Director of Customer Success for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China at Webex, overseeing a team dedicated to the adoption of Cloud Collaboration SaaS. Jesus's career at Cisco spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Head of Service Delivery Asia Pacific and APAC Manager for Advanced Services, focusing on professional services and collaboration solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by a Master's in Library & Information Science from Ghent University.
