Paul Rupke

Paul Rupke is a software engineer with extensive experience in technical support and client solutions, currently employed at PagerDuty since August 2017. In this role, Paul has supported and troubleshot over 300 integrations and three APIs, while also developing custom scripts in Python, Ruby, and JavaScript, alongside writing SQL queries for client data analysis. Previously at Angus Systems, Paul contributed as a bilingual client solutions representative, managing incident support and enhancing client satisfaction through improved service methodologies. Paul holds an advanced web development certification and has completed foundational web development courses at Juno College of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics with minors in Math and Philosophy from Calvin University.
