Russ Hopcus

Russ Hopcus possesses extensive experience in leadership and sales within the outdoor and apparel industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Paka Apparel since January 2024, Russ previously held significant roles such as Board Member and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Camber Outdoors from January 2022 to September 2024. Notably, Russ was President of prAna Living from September 2017 to September 2021 and SVP Sales for North America at Columbia Sportswear from July 2013 to September 2021. Russ also held pivotal positions as Vice President of Global Sales and Market Development at Keen Footwear, President of Icebreaker, and SVP Sales at adidas, in addition to a foundational role at Nike in sales and product merchandising management.
