Kimberly Silva

Kimberly Silva is a skilled professional with extensive experience in global mobility and program management. Currently serving as a Global Mobility Coordinator at Palantir Technologies since July 2022, Kimberly has a strong background in managing international student travel and compliance from a previous role as Program Manager at Columbia University in the City of New York, where responsibilities included assessing travel risks and handling COVID-19 compliance for a large student body. Prior experience includes positions at the British Consulate-General New York, where Kimberly served as Immigration Liaison Officer, evaluating immigration documents and coordinating with law enforcement, as well as roles in administrative support and policy research at DeKalb County Government. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Georgia Southern University.
