Amjad Harb

Amjad Harb is an experienced professional in the field of information systems and computer science, currently serving as the Director General of Information Systems and Computer Directorate at the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics since October 1995. Amjad has held various leadership roles, including Acting Director General and Director of Systems Development Department, with responsibilities that included Oracle database administration and managing feasibility study projects. Amjad also founded the Dissemination & Documentation Department and was the Head of Programming & Systems Analysis Section, leading programming efforts for statistical surveys and MIS applications. Previously, Amjad co-founded Orient Soft Company and worked as a programmer at TechniComp Company Ltd. Amjad holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, both from Al-Quds University.
