Sofia Brasil

Sofia Brasil is an experienced Scrum Master currently at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since October 2020, with previous roles at ADP from January 2016 to October 2020 as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager. In these roles, Sofia managed multiple Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle, implemented release management, and coordinated with senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives.
