Hans Hofman

Hans Hofman is an experienced project manager and scientist with a strong background in product development and process optimization. Currently serving as a New Product Development Project Manager at Pall Corporation since October 2022, Hans is focused on filtration technology for renewable energy, energy storage, and carbon capture. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at AMPAC Fine Chemicals, Hans managed programs related to active pharmaceutical ingredients, defining project scope, schedule, and budget. Hans also spent nearly two decades at Ashland, where roles included Principal Scientist and Research Engineer, overseeing product development initiatives and implementing Stage-Gate methodologies. Early career experience includes serving as a Chemist and Synthesis Group Leader at Hercules & Aqualon, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance product development cycles. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from Technical College (HTS) in The Netherlands.
