Raymond Similien

Raymond Similien is an experienced Application Specialist currently employed at Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office since March 2023, responsible for supporting enterprise applications and managing system changes and upgrades. Currently serving as a Tech Fellow with #TheTechHustle, Raymond is involved in advocating for underrepresented voices in the technology sector. Prior roles include Application Specialist and ePlan Administrator at the Village of Royal Palm Beach, where Raymond facilitated an electronic plan review process, and various positions at DSS, Inc., ranging from Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to Lead Technical Analyst, focusing on software testing and technical support. Raymond has also held the position of President at Sunset Speakers Toastmasters Club, overseeing organizational activities and serving as a liaison within the Toastmasters framework.
