Vivian Rodriguez

Vivian Rodriguez is a seasoned political and community leader with extensive experience in advocacy and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Palm Beach County since November 2024, Vivian previously held multiple roles within the Florida Democratic Party, including Chair of the Committee of Diversity & Inclusion, DNC Member, and various leadership positions in the Women's and Hispanic Caucuses. As Outreach Director for Congressman Darren Soto, tasks involved community engagement and representation of law enforcement interests. Additional leadership roles include Executive Director of the Gay Officers Action League Central Florida, and involvement with the Human Rights Campaign and the Florida Puerto Rican Parade Inc. Vivian's commitment to enhancing political representation and community relations is further demonstrated through service on national and state committees, including the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida. Educational credentials include attendance at Columbia College.
