Josh Goldman

Josh Goldman is an experienced executive in the real estate and development sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Palmer Square Capital Management LLC since August 2024. Previously, Josh held the role of Managing Director, Development at Gemdale USA Corporation, overseeing the San Diego market. Prior to that, significant roles included Senior Vice President of Development & Construction at Brookfield Properties and Senior Vice President at Rouse Properties, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development for the western region.
