Simon Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Head of Development at People Asset Management Ltd since October 2021, Simon has previously held key positions including Solutions Architect at Optionis Group and Development Manager at Brookson. A strong advocate of Agile methodologies, Simon has successfully managed developer teams, delivered customer-centric projects, and engaged in web and backend development utilizing a variety of programming technologies. Simon's career spans several roles focused on system design, development, and integration, beginning as a Developer at Entegrity Solutions and progressing through to early engineering positions at Measurement Technology Limited and Telematic Limited. An alumnus of the University of Oxford with a degree in Electronics and Structural Materials Engineering, Simon combines technical expertise with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
