Bachtiar Rama Fardiansyah

Bachtiar Rama Fardiansyah currently serves as the FGDP Plant Group Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara since February 2023. Previously, Bachtiar held a field practice role at PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA XII in June 2021, where responsibilities included processing freshly picked coffee beans and reporting activities. Additionally, experience at PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali involved routine maintenance following corrective, preventive, and predictive programs during a field practice from March to October 2018. Bachtiar obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Politeknik Negeri Malang, completing studies from May 2019 to July 2022, and attended SMK Negeri 2 Kota Probolinggo from July 2016 to May 2019.
