Carlijn Vugs-Hinze

Carlijn Vugs-Hinze is an experienced professional currently holding multiple advisory positions in the field of job evaluation and management. Since October 2024, Carlijn has served as an advising consultant for both Appèl B.V. and KION Kinderopvang, alongside roles as chair of the objections committee for function classification at Care to Change and INVOLV. Other current engagements include advising on job classification at Energiewacht West-Nederland B.V. and GGZ Delfland, and acting as an HR Manager at JECON Engineering. Carlijn has also been a job evaluation advisor for Terre des Hommes Netherlands and a specialist for the NPO since November 2022.
