Keith Spencer

Keith Spencer is the current Chairman at Pan African Resources. Prior to this, they were Chief Principal and Owner at Enspire Group from August 2017 to March 2020. Enspire Group is dedicated to helping early-stage and middle-market clients optimize opportunities for growth and create long-term value. Keith Spencer leveraged an array of resources and partners to build sustainable corporate value in the following areas: Customer Success, Operations Improvement, and Corporate Development.

From May 2015 to June 2017, Keith Spencer was the Executive Director of Data Analytics and Insights at TEKsystems. In this role, they were responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the client and channel experience teams. Keith also led a team of analysts who delivered actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.

From July 2011 to May 2015, Keith Spencer served as the Director of Solution Consulting and Sales Enablement at TEKsystems. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales consultants who provided pre-sales technical support for the sales organization. Keith also developed and delivered sales enablement programs that helped drive revenue growth.

Keith Spencer began their career at TEKsystems in May 2009 as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of account managers who sold IT staffing solutions to clients in the Midwest region. Keith also managed the sales pipeline and developed strategies to increase market share in the region.

Keith Spencer has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from Penn State University. Keith also has an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University. Keith has a high school diploma from Upper Dublin High School. In addition, they have a certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a certification from ITIL Foundations v3.
