Joel Lopez Gutierrez

Joel Lopez Gutierrez has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Jefe Gestión del Talento at Pan American Silver Corp. since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing selection processes and coordinating new employee onboarding. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Consultant in Recruitment and Selection at Manpower Perú, focusing on the mining sector and handling various recruitment processes. Past positions include providing psychological services at the Ministerio de Salud del Perú and the Fuerza Aérea del Perú. Joel holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Santa María and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Universidad Nacional de San Agustín.
