Jowoke Cyril-Ndudi

Ejowokoghene Cyril-Ndudi, PMP, currently serves as Senior Advisor for Social Performance & Development at Pan American Silver Corp., focusing on corporate sustainability reporting and social sustainability strategy in North and South America. With extensive experience at Shell from 2013 to 2023, Ejowokoghene held various leadership roles, including Corporate Relations Strategy & Planning Lead and ESG Risks and Social Sustainability Lead for Capital Projects, where responsibilities involved integrating regulatory compliance, managing ESG risks, and negotiating complex agreements to improve social performance. Prior experience includes managing retail development at PZ Cussons and sales support analysis at Mantrac Group. Ejowokoghene holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Ibadan.
