Matthew Andrews

Matthew Andrews possesses extensive experience in environmental management and sustainability within the mining sector, currently serving as Vice President of Environment at Pan American Silver Corp. since June 2011. Their responsibilities include overseeing environmental and community relations at various silver mining projects across Argentina, Bolivia, and Mexico, as well as ensuring compliance with corporate sustainability goals and international best practices. Prior roles include Environmental Manager at Minera Argenta de Pan American Silver and Aquiline Resources, where Matthew managed environmental assessments and feasibility studies. Matthew also has a background in environmental consulting and government environmental planning, having held senior positions in these areas. Matthew holds a Master of Environmental Management and degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemical Engineering from UNSW and Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, respectively.
