Hans Poonith

Hans Poonith possesses extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Eclosia since August 2013, Hans has spearheaded business strategies in operational excellence, supply chain management, production, renewable energy, and waste recycling. Previously, as Factory Manager at Maurilait Production Ltée, Hans led a large team and developed a comprehensive 10-year Industrial Master Plan. Hans's earlier role as Production Manager involved overseeing plant operations for diverse products. Hans's prior experience at Bombardier Aerospace included roles as an Electrical System Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed system design and compliance validation. Educationally, Hans holds an M.B.A. in General Management and Corporate Finance and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from esteemed institutions.
