Gabriela González

Gabriela González serves as the STEP Senior Manager at Panagora Group since October 2024, focusing on advancing USAID’s localization goals through partnerships with local organizations. Previously, at The Kaizen Company, Gabriela managed the development of innovative e-training programs for USAID partners from December 2022 to September 2024. Gabriela's earlier experience includes roles at Resonance, where expertise was applied to manage a portfolio of innovation challenge grants in multiple Latin American countries, and at TD International, LLC, where research on Latin American and European entities was conducted. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from The George Washington University and an Associate's degree from the Honors College at Miami Dade College.
