Sarah Hass

Sarah Hass is a Customer Engagement Specialist at PangoBooks, where responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a positive user community, and developing customer-facing support features. Previously, Sarah worked as a bookseller at Anderson's Bookshop Naperville, focusing on YA, science fiction/fantasy, and romance genres, while also managing author events and promoting the store's membership program. Additional experience includes organizing campaign volunteers for Lauren Underwood for Congress, interning with the Chicago Shakespeare Theater to support grant applications, and developing educational programs at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
